The rewards are the main reason I keep coming back. They’re good, and I definitely appreciate them, though I do think they could be a little better. Still, I can’t fully complain when I’m the one letting the perks pull me back in.

I ordered my usual size, but it fit really weird and felt way too tight. I was kind of in a rush and didn’t want to deal with the hassle, so having to return it was annoying.

I was just trying to manage my account, but the whole thing got frustrating quickly. The password reset kept sending me in circles, and I couldn’t easily figure out where to update my basic details. I reached out to support, but the reply took longer than I expected. From my experience, the account page really needs to be simpler and more reliable

I was just glad they actually had the size I wanted. That kind of thing feels weirdly hard to find sometimes, so it was a really good experience overall

The bag showed up all crushed and looked like it was thrown together by someone who didn’t give a damn. Crappy first impression.

I was in a irritated mood after trying to use the site on my phone. Pages took forever to load, the menu kept jumping around, and the filters weren’t working the way they should. I had to keep hitting back because things wouldn’t load properly, and after a while I just gave up before buying anything. Not a great shopping experience.

I returned a dress and the refund took longer than I was expecting. Customer service did get back to me, but the replies weren’t exactly quick, and they kept giving me vague promises like it would be sorted “soon,” which was frustrating. I did finally get my money back in the end, so it worked out, but the whole process could’ve been a lot clearer and faster.

My order showed up fast, so I’ll give them that, but one of the items was the wrong size. Everything else was okay and looked like the pictures, but it’s frustrating because it makes me feel like they didn’t really check the order before sending it out. I was happy with how much Sage and Paige has on the site. There are so many different styles, not just the same few dresses you see everywhere, which was nice. I ended up browsing way longer than I meant to because I kept second-guessing what I wanted lol. There’s a good mix of casual stuff and going-out pieces, so it was actually easy to find something I liked… even if it took me forever to decide.

I’m happy with what I got. The items feel nice and look just like the photos, which is always a relief. The stitching was good too. Only one piece felt a little thinner than I expected, but overall it was a good buy...

After looking through everything a bit more though, I kind of wished there was clearer info about where the clothes are made and which fabrics are actually sustainable. A few items had that fast-fashion feel, so it made me wonder how ethical it all really is. I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience at all, I just think more transparency would make me feel better about buying again.

I ordered this dress because the photos made it look like a soft beige, but umm, what I got was much more yellow and looked kind of cheap. The pictures are misleading. I definitely wouldn’t have bought it if the color had been shown accurately

The checkout process was easy and didn’t take much time at all. I found what I was looking for, added it to my cart, and paid without any hassle. It felt a lot like the smooth checkouts I’m used to on sites I shop from regularly. The only thing I would’ve liked is seeing the shipping info a little earlier, but overall it was a good experience.

The item looked sooo much nicer on the website!! When it showed up, the material felt cheap, and the fit was just... not what they described at all??? Super disappointing. I probably wouldn’t have ordered it if the listing had been more honest!!

Trying to find a dress on this site was such a pain. The filters are a joke, kept showing me random stuff I didn’t ask for and sizes that were already sold out. Total time-waster. I got annoyed and just gave up.
